Naomi Pearl

Naomi is a studio potter in the rural town of Dunham, Quebec. Working from her almost two hundred year old studio, she produces handcrafted porcelain tableware with an Asian flavour. The most recent collections include sushi ware, noodle bowls, tea ware and sake service.

Though the designs are original and modern, Naomi is inspired by the ware from the ancient wood fired kilns of Japan.

The combination of round and square forms and the repetition of squares and rectangles on the surfaces, creates a playfulness to this unique tableware.
